elegance of China Orchid's setting is echoed in the presentation
of the restaurant's Chinese & Japanese different cooking
styles: Mandarin, Cantonese and Szechwan, each which holds
its own distinct flavor. China Orchid offers an upscale
dining experience that includes everything from sushi, to General
Tso's Chicken, to Singapore Slings. China Orchid is located
in the East Mall at Park City Center. The entire restaurant
is non-smoking.

Orchid opened its doors in 1996, with its name reflecting the
Chinese of the word "Lancaster" or "Orchid
City."
To further enhance the restaurant's Asian flavor, a sushi bar is
available. We have a sushi menu that explains what is in the
various types of sushi. China Orchid only uses fresh
ingredients in preparing sushi; fresh fish is critical in good
quality sushi. All of our sushi is prepared fresh to
order. Have our experienced chefs prepare you a delicacy

Entrees are
garnished with orchids that are carved from vegetables. The
carved orchids reflect the care that China Orchid takes in
preparing its fresh dishes. Fresh ingredients are critical
in vegetarian dishes, most of which include tofu.
Exotic drinks such as Singapore Sling and Mai Tai can be the
perfect complement to these finely prepared and presented
meals. Saki, plum wine and Tsing Tao beer are a few of the
drinks we have available. |
